Makes one jar Again, my apologize for not posting on the weekends, my brain didn’t work at all. This pickled green chili recipe I got from rasa malaysia. I was craving for some noodles from a restaurant called ‘Puncak’ at Far East Plaza, in Singapore. All there taste good, so just order until you drop. The thing about noodles shop in most part of Asia is that they have pickled green chilies available as relish. This goes good with everything, even on you tacos with cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
6 big green chilis
2 cup hot water
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
How to prepare:
-cut the green chili into half
-clean the inside -cut it into small round shapes and place it in the bowl
-pour hot boiling water to the bowl and drain it for 20 minutes
-drain the water from the chilies and place in a jar
-add salt, sugar and vinegar
-place it in the refrigerator
-it will be ready to eat the next day
