Salted eggs

Makes 6 eggs

Salted eggs is part of the Indonesian dishes. We eat it for breakfast, we eat it with rawon, a traditional soup from Surabaya and more. It is very easy make it at home as long as you have patients because it needs 2 weeks to sit in the salt brine. After that you can make all sort of delicious dishes.

Salted eggs:
6 eggs
12-18 tbs salt
enough water to cover the eggs

How to prepare:
-rinse the eggs, set aside
-dilute salt and water
-arranges eggs in a place and cover with the salted water
-leave it for 2 weeks
-boil it with the salt water
