Chicken Pops

Here is chicken nuggets variation that you might want to toss up in the kitchen for stand up party snacks or lunch. I couldn’t find any better name than “chicken pops” he..he..he..I gave it to my neighbor next door and she liked it so much that we talked over in the car while shopping..

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
2 cup flour
2 egg
2 tsp salt
1 sachet chicken stock powder
1 tsp white pepper

How to prepare:
-separate the skin from chicken meat
-cut skin into small pieces
-strip the skin with your finger into thin small pieces
– mix together the skin, meat, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, 1 sachet chicken stock powder
-whisk in another bowl 1 egg
-in another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper
-heat deep fry oil
-take a small hand of chicken meat, toss it in the flour
-take out and dip it in the egg and toss it back in the flour before deep frying
