Milk Gravy Steak

There was a time where we like to buy a big fat 2 kg frozen beef chunks to slice a grill. It was always steak for dinner. Now, that I flash back maybe it gave me a lot of nutrients for our baby (at that time I was pregnant). My husband likes to marinate it then grill it. I would prepare the salad and fried some french fries to go a long. The menu was barbeque or black pepper until I got tired of it. Then I got some cool milk gravy recipe from all and it was delicious

500 gr steak
1 onion diced little cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup allpurpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk

How  to prepare:
-sprinkle steak on both side with salt and black pepper, leave for 1 hour
-fry steak with oil until cooked, set aside
-in the same pan, sauté onion until soft, sprinkle the flour
-pour in the milk, keep stirring while pouring beaten egg
-set steak on plate with french fries and salad, pour the sauce on top of the steak

  1. bulan lalu aku masak steak, menurut bapak2 chef terkemuka (alias gordon ramsay, jamie oliver, dll), menggarami dagingnya pas pada saat steak mau digoreng karena garam akan mengeluarkan air daging kalau terlalu lama daging terkena garam dikhawatirkan steak kurang juicy…
    wkt itu ga nemu resep gravy ok, boleh juga yg ini dicoba kapan2.. thanks mama miyuki! 🙂
