Lamb soup

Serves 3

If you go to any satay restaurants, other typical menus that they will provide one of them is lamb/goat soup. The soup usually is clear with cabbage and carrot, strong flavored with pepper, nutmeg and others. It’s very delicious to eat it at night when the weather is a little bit cooler. In this recipe I added Japanese soyu, it made the meat taste more sweet.

Ingredients:
300 grams lamb/goat meat
1,5 liter
2 cm ginger
4 kefir lime leaves
2 bay leaves
4 cloves garlic
½ medium onion
3 star anais
3 cloves
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1-2 tsp salt
3-5 tbs Japanese soyu

How to prepare:
-boil lamb meat with bay leave, kefir lime leaves
-make paste garlic, ginger, and onion
-saute paste add nutmeg powder, and cinnamon powder
-add paste into the soup
-add star anais, cloves
-add salt and soyu
