White Asparagus Corn Soup

Serves 4

A Chinese restaurant favorite by children and adults alike, white asparagus corn soup. When I was little, I just can’t have enough of this goodies. When you are sick, it soothes your tummy and make your day.

Making it is so easy and quick that it could be just the best recipe for those who are very busy but wants to please the family.I used all cans product but feel free to use the fresh ones.

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 small can white asparagus
1 small can corn
1 small onion
1 egg
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbs starch
1 lt water


How to prepare:

-boil the chicken breast for 15 minutes in the 1 liter water
-take out the chicken breast, soak in cold water, then tear into long pieces, set aside
-drain the asparagus and corn from the brine and add into the chicken broth
-add the torn chicken too
-cut the onion into small dices
-in another pan and a little oil and fry the onions until they are soggy, add into the soup
-stir the soup gentle and add salt
-dissolve the starch with cold water and add into the soup
-mix the eggs and pour slowly into the soup

  1. my favorite soup everrrrrrrr ^^ In Vietnamese cuisine, for corn soup, we add chopped mushrooms and a little bit pepper, it’s a good idea to make your soup smell fantastic and taste absolutely wonderful (:
