Es Rujak Mangga

Need something refreshing under the hot weather? These tangy Manggo Rujak will spice up your taste buds. Indonesian are mad about “Rujak”, anything that is sweet, sour, spicy and tangy. Mangoes are back in season so it would be great to make some of these rujak. It’s easy to make, you will love it.

Ingredients:
1 not so ripe manggo
1 cucumber
1 grape fruit
10 dried chilis (drain in hot water)
½ tsp salt
½ cup sugar
1 lime (take the juice only)

How to prepare:
-grate the mango and cucumber into long strings,add into a big container
-cut the grapefruit into small blocks, add into a big container
-drain and add the chilis into the container
-add the sugar, salt, and lime juice
