Sauted Long Green Beans

Hi bloggers, times goes so fast that my vacation is over already. I will start with something so simple that goes well with a lot of side dishes, saute long green beans. Restaurants like to add minced chicken or seafood, well cook as you like…

a bush of long green beans
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
a dash of pepper

How to prepare:
-wash the long green beans, cut the outer edges and then to 1,5 cm sticks
-crush the garlic with the sides of your knife then cut into small dices
-heat a little oil and saute the garlic until fragrant
-add the long green bean, salt and pepper, toss and cover the pan
-turn of heat and serve
