Homemade Crunchy Tahini

Makes one Jar

In one of our cooking class episode, we made various Palestinian food with Tahini as base. Tahini is liquidish sesame base ingredients, plain with no taste. One bottle cost a lot here in Japan and I have to order it from Kobe. So, I tried to find some alternatives. I got a recipe from Food.Com , then I decide to grind it coarsely with less oil to keep the grilled crunchy taste. I like it better, but its up to you. If you want to make it more liquid, then add more oil. I will just copy paste the recipe from Food.com.

4 cups sesame seeds
1/4-1/2 cup vegetable oil

How to prepare:
-add the sesame seed in a food processor
-add the oil in small batches
-turn on the food processor and repeat the process until all is done
