North African Lamb Kebabs

Makes 10 sticks

I felt like kebabs, so I made some North African Lamb Kebabs that I got from the food network. I added up some coriander powder and the taste became very delicious. The olive oil tenderized the meat and the fat really made the taste wonderful. Serve it with some salad and mint chutney. Keep it hot.

500 gr lamb
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp mint leaves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 paprika
1 large onion

How to prepare:
-cut the paprika into 2 cm squares, set aside
-cut onion into 2 cm squares,set aside
-cut the lamb into 2 cm cubes and marinate with all the ingredients and only 1 tsp salt for 30 minutes
-assemble the lamb, paprika and onion in steel sticks
-add another 1 tsp salt in the marinate
-grill until well done, turn each 5 minutes, spread some marinates
