Serves 4

Autumn came so abruptly this year, that two days ago we were still wearing hats, sun glasses, T-Shirts and short and all of the sudden the next day we had to wear jacket and sleep with blankets. This also means switching the menu from something dry with fresh vegetables to dishes that are more warm and soupy. How about a nice cup of beef goulash, beef tomato soup from Budapest, tasty and warm indeed. It will spice up the day and spitty spotty to make.
