This pregnancy makes me crave for banana juice so much that I always have to make a bier glass portion every morning. In Indonesia there is many types of bananas but in most northern countries we will see the Chiquita version, that’s ok. I always had banana juice as a drink for almost every lunch during my student years in my favorite lunch stall. As always, Indonesian loves to add sweetened condensed milk to the juice. This makes the taste more milky, yummy.
It turns out that consuming bananas for pregnant women brings benefits such as keeping the blood sugar level, preventing nausea and control the state of pregnant woman (source healthbenefits4us). That’s good to hear.
1 ripe banana
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup ice blocks
1/3 cup water
How to prepare:
-blender all the ingredients and serves
-It taste even greater if you add some chocolate syrup on top
