Stir fry shrimps, green beans and corn kernels in taoco sauce


Serves 3

A popular dish in lunch buffet stalls, this shrimp,vegetable dish is sweet and savory.The version in the stalls are more soggy and oily but at home you can cut the oil and stir fry it as you like. It can turn out as a pretty shrimp,vegetable dish accompanying other dishes. It’s easy to prepare, you might consider serving to you family today.

Ingredients:
300gr peeled shrimps
1 cup cut green beans
1 cup corn kernels
2 garlic cloves
1/2 small onion
3 tbs taoco paste
1 tsb oyster sauce
1/2 tbs sugar
salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare:
-cut the onion into small dices, set aside
-cut the garlic into small slices
-saute the garlic paste and the onions until fragrant
-add the shrimps and saute until slightly pinkish
-add the green beans and corn kernels
-add the tauco paste, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper
-mix well and close cover the pan until the beans are cooked
-turn of heat and serve
