Squid Salad Bento

Today, I felt like preparing something light for bento. Squids where in season and abundant. So, I made some sauteed squids, corn and some boiled spinach to go a long. It’s supposed to be eaten cold but you can put it in the microwave first before serving.

canned corn kernels
boiled spinach
baby tomatoes
your favorite salad dressings

Sauteed Squid
Ingredients:

1 squid, cut into slices
1 clove garlic, crushed and thinly sliced
a dash of salt
a dash of light soy sauce

How to prepare:
-saute garlic in little oil
-add the squid
-add a dash of salt
-add a dash of light soy sauce
