Hmmm..yumm..Ayam goreng kalasan is everywhere to find, and people love it. Ayam goreng kalasan, authentic Javanese, can be found in stalls everywhere. Sometimes, in one street they will just stand adjacent to one other but none lacks customers. This is because of its homy taste and the fact that usually a portion cost very affordable. Today, I will not publish the recipe of the fried chicken but its relish. The recipe of the Kalasan fried chicken can be found here. I can’t have enough of the relish. Thank God, usually they serve it very generous or put a pot in each table so you can refill by yourself. It is very easy to make at home and you can stock for whenever you want to eat.
Ingredients:
8 long red chilies, clean the seed,divide by 4
8 shallots/1 medium red onion
1 medium tomato
1/3 cup of oil
2 tsp brown/coconut sugar
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml chicken stock
How to prepare:
-boil hot water and add the long red chilies, shallots and tomato
-boil until cook
-take out and drain
-blender them into a paste
-heat oil and fry the chili paste
-add all the remaining ingredients, fry until cooked

yes, fried chicken marinated with garlic turmeric salt pepper and lime juice..fry them golden brown. Rice makes you want to have more and more and some salad leaves
