Beer Bread

Bier Bread
Makes one loaf

Today we can find alcohol free beer in the supermarket, hooray!! It means that we can experiment making something out of it. So far, I have always been interested in the “beer bread” recipe posted by many of our fellow bloggers. This is exiting 😀 we don’t need yeast right as beer is made from yeast.

The making was easy and the outcome was successful. The outer upper layer was crispy and it was delicious just by eating it with butter.

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1 can beer
2 tablespoons melted butter

How to prepare:
-heat oven in medium for 7-10 minutes
-spread some butter in a loaf pan, set aside
-Mix well the flour, baking soda, sugar and the beer little by little.
-Kneed the mixture until it forms a ball but does not stick to your hands
-transfer the ball to the loaf pan
-baked for 10 minutes on small to medium heat
-pour melted butter on top
-finish baking on low for another 40 minutes
