The third type of curry that the Japanese like is those really made by the Indians. These curry gravy are based on tomato paste or mashed beans gravy with the typical Indian spices such as curry leaves, garam masala, cinnamon, coriander powder and many more.
Here is a set from Nan Tandoori restaurant that lies just in front of the Tohoku University International House. Fresh all you can eat nan baked in real tandoori and also the tandori chicken, some salad, bean gravy curry and lamb curry.
Padang curry recipes have similar outcomes such as the lamb curry gravy in this picture (recipe here). So, I have reported you the three general curry eaten here in Japan. Ofcourse, there are more but I think they are not so tasty.
