Cajun White Fish

I am mad about Cajun cooking. I had a bag of white fish fillet and craved for cajun cooking. Luckily all the ingredients were available in the refrigerator. Look at all those beautiful colors, white, red, orange and yellow in a bowl. I had it for lunch with my daughters and they loved it too. Packed with healthy ingredients this is something you might want to prepare for your family.

Ingredients:
500 gr frozen white fish, cut 2 cm stripes
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 red yellow pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium tomatoes, diced
2 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp cayenne powder*

How to prepare:
– heat pan in low flame and add some oil
– sautee the onion and garlic until fragranet
– add the white fish, saute until it is half cooked
– add salt and pepper
– add the tomatoes
– add all the diced bellpeppers
– add all the powder ingredients
– add all the dried ingredients
– add the cayenne pepper if you like it hot
– stir gently, cover and let it cook for 10 minute
