Char Kwetiau

Serves 2

My husbands colleague gave us a big bag of flat noodles, that was a specialty of her hometown. I was thinking whether I will cook it as another udon recipe but I was curious and wanted to experiment whether it taste and have the texture similar to kwetiau. As I was talking to a good friend of mine, she says she was craving for char kwetiau but her recipe screwed up. Great idea, so I made them into delicious char kwetiau! I love eating Char Kwetiau in the hawker stalls in Singapore. Everything in Singapore taste very good anyway.
